so you're just maintaining your weight? 170lbs? how tall are you?

Actually, I was 180lbs in the last quarter of 2009. During the month of December, I had alot of relatives from around the Philippines here in Cebu. At one time, I had Lechon for dinner 4 nights in a row. My trip to Manila for New Year was pretty bad too, from December 29th to January 4th I think I had around 2000+ calories for every meal, I even indulged in breakfast buffets
I went on a short low-carb diet (50g or less per day) and medium-high fat diet. I went from 180 on January 5th to 170 on February 1st. I think I only exercised 3-4 days the whole month, hehe.
Since the beginning of this month, I have balanced my carbs and fat. Oatmeal every morning for bfast. A cup of rice a day, sometimes none. No soda, no sugar drinks, and no snacking. I eat 3 times a day, enough portions each meal so that I am hungry within 5 hours.
My diet is pretty crappy... but it's the price I pay for not having to go to the gym. I do, however, binge on a nice burger or something 'naughty' twice or thrice a week.
hahaha lucky you. i'm still trying to gain weight. way way harder than losing weight. >.>..

yes. have you tried it before? great sad para sa mga nag work-out. coz it's protein based so it adds more muscle mass. and more protein speeds up weight loss. i only maintain my weight for now, but i drink the shakes around 2-3x per day, esp before i run around 2-3k around the city i need it for more energy, plus di bug-at labi na gutom ka early in the morning and you want to run or exercise but you don't want to have a heavy stomach. less in sugar, maski 80cal lang, mabusog na ka.
