    Wrong.

    I don't know what industry you come from but working hard is never beside the point. Especially here in Emax where performance is tied to your job. If you choose not to perform then in due time you will find yourself out of a job.

    That is why Emax keeps those who have dedicated themselves to work and earn a living for their families instead of people who always selfishly dream of getting paid higher salaries for less work. Go and dream on.


    There are those ofcourse who do well but end up resigning. I can't tell you how much of a loss that is to the company. Circumstances can differ here so I agree with you on this.

    Stanza 2: I know what these meetings are for but its usually PAID and within the SHIFT or get called OT. If Filipinos are really strict, they can demand for OT pay since those meetings doesnt cover standard working procedures[if im mistaken, im DEFINETLY a neophyte for this industry indeed]. Whats the purpose of TRAINING time then?

    Stanza 3: Im lazy indeed. So? the thing is I wouldnt bother to stay Long in a sucky company because it will be a waste of my time. And I know the limits of my rights as well as the familiar with the limits of others. And honestly, To finish school or even work is not a requirement for me. My future is SERVED with a golden spoon. so please STOP envying me... im already starting to pity you with that stanza. tsk tsk tsk

    hmmmmm..... what's the point of checking when we're being given the information we need without asking for it? we can even ask for updates on a daily basis if we want to but of course we understand that it's not the only job of TLs so we're fine with the typical weekly updates that we're getting. yes i have encountered a problem before with a lost phone time. logs did not come out. my TL was more concerned about it than I was. he knew for a fact i was logged in and a few other mgt ppl can attest to it. and yes my TL spent hours and more than a day trying to find the information because he did not want me failing my compliance for a day, even after i told him it's ok and not to bother anymore. I was prepared for the consequences which is what lost of attendance bonus for a day? Worst case scenario i get reprimanded and asked to explain myself which i was prepared to take. if they allowed it to happen i would have been appeased with them attaching their statement that they saw me in the office doing my job to at least give the report the benefit of the doubt. but no, these ppl cared enough not to let me go through that. they did whatever they could to get all the proof needed to prove it.

    dont talk about NO BONDS because there is! its hidden! You wont get your pay if you resign before the month ENDS after you get official hired. I should know kay ang mga ni resign immediately after the BONUS didnt get ANY but the bonus. So most of us went awol rather than officially resigning since its the same story. ROFL

    There are a lot of companies better than emax and i dont need to argue on that. Each employee have their own opinions and let them be. Dli kay manginterfere kag experience sa UBAN. unsay labot nimo ms. BILIB sa SARILI?

    It is a nature of humans to become unsatisfied. That why Inventions came to being. Since I am not satisfied with what I get compared to how much i get from my previous company, I'd always seek why and learn from it.
