I don't know what industry you come from but working hard is never beside the point. Especially here in Emax where performance is tied to your job. If you choose not to perform then in due time you will find yourself out of a job.
That is why Emax keeps those who have dedicated themselves to work and earn a living for their families instead of people who always selfishly dream of getting paid higher salaries for less work. Go and dream on.
There are those ofcourse who do well but end up resigning. I can't tell you how much of a loss that is to the company. Circumstances can differ here so I agree with you on this.
