Pc quickbuys.. .. Does not serve customers well..
I bought an hdd at their branch in cebu, after 6-7 months it malfunctioned but good thing is, it is still under-warranty. I returned the hdd to them, i told them that the files are important, all of my finished system programs are there. They said the'yl try to repair it but if they cant fix it they will replace the unit. I said okay. I waited 3 months just to have my newly replaced hdd. Kung hindi ko pa tinawagan hindi pa nila follow up dun sa main office nila. After call i waited another week for the unit to be available.. Haaayy...



Pcx is great at prices but slow in service sometimes..
I waited 4 hours just to get my motherboard & processor..
I waited 1/2 hour purchasing speakers..
Maybe dahil sa dami ng cutomers nila kea ganun..



Octagon is good in service, talagang entertain ka nila but their prices are kinda little bit higher than other stores.. Hehehe...

I bought my wireless desktop there, when i returned it to them because of deffective keys. They said they will just contact me becuase it will take a month for the unit to be repaired. But its been 6 weeks yet they didnt called so i decided to call them instead. When i called dun pa nila na icp na tawagan ung technician nila for repair.. After a week, i got my unit with the label "repaired" but when i tested it, the same thing happened (deffective keys!). Kea un, replace na lang nila ng bagong unit.. Pero antagal ng hintayan!
