must contain vegetables, carbs, and protein in each meal.. i youtube/google lang ang "weekly meal prep" para makasabot kag maayo.. if you do this you have less chance of being tempted to eat crappy food and mas maka save paka

epektib sad ang m100 exercise i google ra, combination siya sa cardio ug weight training pero body weight ra nimo ang gi gamit dili naka mag gym.. sayon ra siya pero grabe maka drain.
remember if you are looking for long-term to permanent fitness, gain muscles(specially in the legs) and do meal preps or else you are setting yourself up for failure.
kung immediate and short-term pagpaniwang ra imo ok ra kaayo nang jogging pero mao lagi na water weight ra nya naa ray limit pila imo ma reduce sa imong fats compared to growing muscles

As a student, only had like 2-3 months of summer break this 2014. Utilized the short time to loose some kgs. Intensive training and self discipline rajud na. from 90kg, now down to 78kg before classes started.. Healthy eating (egg white, banana, brown rice, steamed hotdogs, basta less oil lang jud) niya increasing the BMR (WHICH IS MOST IMPORTANT) by working out early morning right after waking up niya paresan pa jud og jogging. Niya jog nasad inig gabii sa abellana if makaya pa. hahahaha, Advice lang ko, sweating will not loose you fats! Your just wasting your body fluids.
Hi guys i need help on how to loose weight...
after i gave birth my weight now is at 58 kgs. from the 45kgs. before i got pregnant... honestly I tried doing exercise everyday for 2 straight weeks for least an hour (Belly dancing and boxing) and the same ra akong kaon... nothing happened and since walay nahitabo so ni stop ko kay na discourage ko (not sure when i could see the results)....
I lessen my rice into 1/2 cup every meal wala ghapon... I even tried bioslim but once ra kay mura kog napasmo... I really don't know what to do... I wanted to go back to exercise but wala nakoy time coz my shift is at 4pm to 1am and i have a kid to take care of and naa sad koy sideline.... so i really don't know what to do for me to loose weight.... and everytime i think about mag exercise ko feel nako wala ray mahitabo... I'm tempted to try those slimming pills pero kuyawan ko kay medyo naay prob gamay ako tiyan or tina.e basin masakit hinuon ko....
