Bubble Gang is now 14 Going Steady!



Bubble Gang is arguably one of the country's most successful and most popular gag shows. From its well executed gags and commercial spoofs to the funny sketches and recurring characters that keep us all in stitches, it's not surprising that it has remained the leading gag show even after 14 years.

In celebrating its ivory year, Bubble Gang has prepared a special show highlighting its unique brand of comedy on October 23, as well as three equally hilarious flicks that will air on October 30.

14 Going Steady will feature not only exclusive behind the scenes of the three flicks, but it will also look back on the past 14 years of Bubble Gang—from its inception in 1995, its evolution as the country's leading gag show, the various trends and craze it has created, to its impact on Philippine pop culture.

If that's not enough, it will also uncover never-before-heard trivia about some of BG's well-loved segments, and interviews with celebrities, TV viewers, and former "bubblers" recalling their cherished memories of the show.

14 Going Steady host Paolo Bediones will get to know the Bubble Barkada—composed of Ogie Alcasid, Michael V., Wendell Ramos, Antonio Aquitania, Rufa Mae Quinto, Francine Prieto and Maureen Larrazabal—through a sit-down interview that will unleash not only their funny side, but more interestingly, their kinky side as well.

Then on October 30, three films outfitted for television, which was created by Bubble Gang's very own creative team and pioneering cast member Michael V, will cap this two-part anniversary special. One is a horror film, the other is a spoof of a famous Koreanovela, and the last is a scintillating *** comedy. The films will star the Bubble Gang cast along with celebrity guests Dennis Trillo, Iza Calzado, Julia Clarete, and Regine Velasquez.

After speculations and guessing games, the American website boxofficemojo.com was able to give an idea on how the Regal Films horror movie “Tarot” fared at the box office.

TOP ACTOR AT prized talent ng ABS-CBN, mag-oober da bakod sa GMA-7? And, yes, he’s no less than Aga Muhlach. Isang taga-Kapuso ang unang nagbalita sa amin niyan. Aga is being tapped to host Family Feud, sabi pa ng aming source. Magiging busy na kasi si Richard Gomez sa kanyang pagpasok sa pulitika, running for congressman sa Ormoc City. At si Aga raw ang bagay na bagay sa hosting job ng game show na babakantehin ni Goma.
