the main purpose of it is for decency and grooming sake. and a small part that is tackled by it is about discipline which is, following very simple rules.

did i say that they are not decent? what i said was for "decency sake" and not "long haired people are not decent". comprehension please. and besides private or catholic schools have uniforms, hair cut is part of the uniform.

kung di gyud kaya sundon, simple ra kaayo ang solution, look for other schools that allows long hair. why is it so hard for people to follow rules these days?
