Again, did I say that? I said YOU would probably like him if it were not for the fact that he's with the opposition. I never said anything about it being better for him if he were with the administration, or not.

As for siding with Erap's camp, whether it's a good idea is subjective, it depends on whether you are with Erap's camp (or not). I simply stated that I've met him personally and he seemed like a down-to-earth, nice guy.

the declaration of the state of emergency is ok. at least it will give confindence to investors that the government is still in control. that doesnt give additional powers to the president anyway.

what coup attempt has failed to do... GMA has do so by proclaiming the State of Emergency.
Remeber this coup rumors naa na ni siya almost a 2 weeks now but the market sa still steady, but after GMA proclaim this state of emergency... ni affected jud kono.

bai, im referring to foreign investors. if Gloria had not declared state of emergency, im afraid the peso would fall back to 55 level again last Friday.
