How to Prevent Being a Clutch Driver

lahi akoang reason nga mag clutch driving ko, it's because of my tight driving habits. Am not afraid mapagngan kai dali raman sad ang pag start, pero ang pinaka dili nako ganahan kai ma-cut especially in bumper-bumper traffic.

clutch driving gives you some advantage in rush hours, ibaligya lang gud dayun ang sakyanan ayaw dugaya.. haha

yes!!pwde gamiton ang left for braking if drifter ka..akoa style basta gikan medjo kusog dagan then padung slow una nako kay echange ang gear to neutrAl then apply daun ko sa brake.and vice versa, i applied brake then clutch daun..ma feel nimo kung need na to step the clutch kay mukurog jud na imubg sakyanan then mapawng

diba maka stress mana sa makina ang pag left-braking? i usually do that before pero karon kai mag neutral-brake nalang ko, puslan para magamit jud ang brake..

Pero ang style sa akong driving kay gkan sa mga PUJ drivers nako nga amigo... Mao ni ako habit karon.. Sorry d ko maayo mo elaborate

- kun dool nako sa stop light maybe running around 40-30kph ako e leave ang engine naka 4th or 3rd gear then ako tiil kay ready na mo apply ug brake, mo apply ko hinay2 sa brake once hinay na ako dagan around less than 20-15kph mo neutral nako then apply japon ug brake hinay2 para dili sudden stop.
- during traffic i normally let the first car/vehicle to gain distance at least 2-3 cars ahead of me para mo apply kog ug 2nd or 1st gear slowly, then once ma notice nako mo stop na ang car ahead of me, quickly mo neutral ko then brake hinay2 then stop. mao ni ako gnabuhat sa uphill ug downhill.. Pero sa downhill d ko mo diretsog neutral depende unsa ka steep or naa ko pasahero ug karga.. Basta normally naka 2nd gear or 3rd gear ko ana..
- Multicab pick-up type ako permi drivan, I don't often put my foot sa Clutch pedal kay d ko komportable, hasta sa ubang sakyanan...

wala man jud ka nag mention ug clutch ani bruh.. hahahah anyway.. d ko kaingon kung clutch driver ba ka or dili.. kay wala man ko nag tanaw sa imung paa pag drive nimu..

mas lisod man sad ma pawngan kung hanging gud. unless comfortable ka mo gamit ug handbrake or heel-toe nimu ang brake ug gas.. mga newbie pa.. dilikado ma tagak noun ang awto kung hanging then ma pawngan..

nalimot ko sa exact price.. basta.. karember ko.. mahal kaayo ang labor!! mas mahal pa sa pyesa..

Naka try ko back in 2012, +7K ang clutch replacement (genuine man daw to hehe. so far, wala pa ma ilisan). I think with labor na to. Na hangyo nko.

mao karon nag matic na ko hehe gamay ra man pd deperensya sa fuel consumption. pero saona kadtong stick pa, di gyud ko moagi ug mga lugar nga kargado ug traffic. bahala na ug ma long travel gamay at least kanunay ga dagan hehe

Nag tudlo kog drive sa akong usa ka manghud gahapon.. I found out ngano mag lisod jud siya timpla sa clutch..

this may be applicable to all new drivers and maybe some tenured ones..

ako nabantayan.. iyang driving position sa iyang tiil.. nag float iyang duha ka tiil and she uses her thighs to move her feet up and down to control the pedals.. the result is heavy footed kayo iyang pag drive and dali ra makapoy iyang tiil plus dili niya ma feel ang feedback sa clutch if nag paak ba or wala. compared to how I drive.. the heels of my feet are resting on the floor and I only move my feet to control the pedals.. (I hope masabtan ako pag explain)

I instructed her to change the way she controls the pedals and her control of the car(clutch) improved dramatically.

I agree, gamay ra difference mas hayahay pa ang automatic. Sa ka gamay sa dalan sa Cebu and worsening traffic, dli nka maka pa kusog hehe. Ang regarding automatic transmission vs clutch replacement or fix, dako ba difference?
