I've been through this argument already (see NUtech threads)... they've ripped off alot of their customers when it comes to parts (me and my friends are included in that one) --- that's before i knew something 'bout hardware and stuffs... not to mention, they're probably one of the most expensive multi-branch shops here in cebu..
