but it is more than preposterous to say that mas taas karon
sa ako pagka sulti bai i'm not sure IF IT WAS the highest so far. Ang ako ra sigurado kay ni saka ang numbers. Well if i ask the taxi drivers and the tinderas posibly ilang itubag kay maau jud ning naay vigilante kay naminus ang tulis og kawat... but does it show a sign of better law enforcement?

i believe you remembered wrong, SSS/GSIS happened during Erap's time. the CAP blunder just backlashed recently pero gi suyop ang funds pag Erap time pa.
are you refering to GSIS-Belle anomaly?

about the CAP i can't find any link between CAP and ERAP.

    Erap, a human rights victim?

    Oh, I don't know...

    - specialized na prisohan?
    - was allowed visits outside?

Hayahay ra kaayo ang hinampak.. he should have rotted in one of the prisons in Manila, just like everybody else.

So, Erap is a human rights victim? Yeah, when pigs fly and Microsoft becomes open source.

He should not be imprisoned in the first place. The imprisonment alone is a human rights violation. We have an innocent man languishing in a house arrest for a crime he never committed.

Erap is political detainee. I hope the U.N. and Amnesty International should do something about this.

hehehe, paugat mani nga statement. mind if i suggest to pls not include us in the "we" statement claiming of your very own erap's innocence? katol sad ana nga claim oi. like his stealing from us doesnt count as stepping on our rights as well. weve been fooled head on and he stole right under our noses and you call him innocent?

those figures were just like backjobs that happened in his term but only surfaced during GMA's. point is, it myt be hidden on purpose by the opposition to support an anti-gma plot, else, well have to wait for another scams done by erap on the next few months to be revealed. then your "ever-glorious" oppostion then would slap it against arroyo for destablizitiation's sake.

mind if i smoke what ur smoking ryt now?
