I'll say, yes the comics are detailed. you get to know their powers in greater detail, in how they use it, etc as you read on whereas wikipedia only provides base information that's either lacking, outdated(because of recent changes to some of the character like becoming more powerful or weaker).

in Marvel's case, the TV series was an adaptation of the comics to an extent, while DC did something original. it's still different from the comics since it is a TV show. and no, not my idea. it is just widely accepted that both mediums are different from each other for very obvious reasons. I think you're arguing this because it's the only thing you know, understandable.

comics are not just a bunch of words and sentences like what you read in wikipedia, no. the comics show you what the characters can do with those powers. Rogue for example, if not for that comic book page I posted, there would never have been an end to that absorbing debate(although you still seem to be under the impression that it's still on going, amusingly enough). wiki says that Superman is incredibly durable, but by how much? well, the comic book shows you just how much. do you understand it now, what I mean? yes? no? yes?

THats exactly my point. batman needs information/input from an old man. Ironman on the other hand has nano bots inside his body that can get him information from all over the world. He can access any computer anywhere. Can Control a legion of ironman suit while he is on a meeting. If Ironman goes all out on batman. all he can use are his primitive equipments which will have no avail on ironman. Ok. So he made a gun that killed a god. Ironman can easily hack through his computer and manufacture the same weapon then use it against batman. see. NO match at all.

Can batman control his other suits to fight for him? no. batman is useless against ironman.
