While we share a common sentiment here about the tragedy that happened to this family, the Chiongs should not just complain and complain. they should study the Phil-Spain treaty well and perhaps they can find something in there that can prevent Paco in flying to Spain. The key word here is "BE CREATIVE".

Just because we have this Chiong case does not mean we have to nullify the treaty u know. coz we don't know in the future if it can benefit our OFW's in Spain expatriated back here if they are charged of a crime there.

should this impending transfer madayon then didto ipadayon ni Paco iya sentensiya sa Spain he still have around 14 years..this sentence was reduced (from 25 years before) due to "good behaviour" daw...so if paco is 32 yrs. old now he will be a free man by 46 yrs old....still can enjoy a good life...
