Discriminations towards Bisaya?

dili man na discrimination.. makatawa lang jud na ang mga tagalog kay ala man la kasabot sa atong dialect. nya kay kita kahibaw man ug tagalog, mao nga ok ra nato.. suma ba ikaw, naay duha ka koreano or insik mag-istorya dili ba ka makatawa.. :d

proud kaau na sila na tagalog....pero wala sila nagpakabana na daghan yawa sa ila lugar...gkatag ang basura...gamay na taligsik baha dayun. unya ang pag pronounce pajud sa poodle kay podel, noodles nodels....xur mo oi! tricyle kay trisikel! sige lang tag kelkel ani. daghan tall buildings sa ila pero galunop pud ang squater! mostly pud sa mga tagalog kay mangingilad...batasan lisud maspelling!

given the fact, that back before man gud.. most tgalogs have been acquainted w/ bisayas due to servants (maids) that they have with their houses.

the long years they had with their visayan helpers have inculcated in their minds the mediocre living this visayans might have and why this helpers have had been force to work in their house.. maybe living in the province to them is really hard, and so promdis would just resort in going to Manila for better living.

we cant blame the tagalogs as much as we cant blame ourselves if we discriminate them as well.. (tagala ka? tagalasang?)

if i can remember.. the strong animosity I recalled between us cebuanos and tagalogs were fever high when I watch the MBA.. remember CEBU GEMS and the MANILA METROSTARS? or PASIG RIZAL PIRATES? those regionalistic chants have soared high back then...

pero ininglise na ninyo sila diba mag-nganga rana.. it's about proving them that they're wrong, in the end motaas gyud na ilang tan-aw nimo..

this is so true!!! wa gud makatuo ang mga tagalog classmates nga nagdako ko sa cebu kay wala day accent sa english. ehhehehe. ang mga tagalog kung magenglish kay naa may accent gud. lingaw paminawn.

Sauna, maoffended ko kung mutalk cla nga ang cebu province daw kaau (ie: no electricity, naglive ug nipa hut, ang mode of transportation kay horses not cars, etc), but pasagdan nlng nako kay paila lang cla nga ignoramus..klaro kaau nga wa pa katravel ug other places. I just tell them to visit and experience cebu. Ingnan nako nga daghan ug beaches then lami pa jud kaau tighimu ug lechon ang cebu! ehehhehe...nya daghan pa jud ug gwapa

uhm, I would just like to clarify to those who still don't know that cebuano/sinugbuanon is not a dialect but a language. cebuano in cebu is the standard form of cebuano language while other variations of cebuano/sinugbuanon are therefore called cebuano dialects such as bol-anon, cagayanon, kana, bantayanon, etc. to name a few. same with tagalog language with dialects such as bulaceño, batangueño, and marinduque to name a few.
