bro, ayaw lagi palabi kung kung kuwang ra imong knowledge sa pamalaod... gi question pa nimo si Escudero

"Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, who is justice committee chairman said any freshman law student knows that a TRO cannot be questioned through an MR, and even with a pending motion, it cannot defer the implementation of the SC order."

LOL! that's freak'n funny right there, man!

for one thing, you really need to up your standards for who you give respect to. and those braces are so fake, even an academy award winner couldn't pull that off.

In terms sa kaning conflict karon sa executive ug sa judiciary. Yes, I will favor Judiciary just to obey and honor the law. but that doesn't mean nga sakto na gyod ang judiciary or SC.

Para nako, pasagdan nalang na kay unsaon majority man sa SC kaalyado man nila. Number game man gihapon ni. Sakit man tuod, pero wa tay mahimo kay kung pugson maka create man ni ug chaos.

Accordingly ni Marqeuz a mere Motion for Reconsideration cannot stop TRO from implementing ... only the Supreme Court can stop TRO's ....

the sad thing about everything happening right now, is that the philippines is showing how corrupt and corruptible it is.

gloria's money and influence is still a huge corruptor of governance and even of the people's opinions. from the highest law of the land right down to the opinions posted in a thread on an internet forum, gloria's legacy of moral cancer continues.

what a legacy she leaves. a government divided, a morally corrupted supreme court and a populace of paid opinions.

Through a motion to dissolve pwede. pero most of the time lawyers use recon para lang ireconsider sa court ila decision.

Since its temporary its period is limited unless it was a permanent injunction. LOL.

Yeah... This is so exciting the waiting whether GMA will return is very exciting. )
