possibling insakto si escudero. pero dili siya ang angay mo sulti ana. why not let the DOJ file the motion? and let the SC scrap it? when DOJ exhausted all legal remedies and TRO stands, there's nothing more they can do. GMA could fly freely. why can't they wait for another day, why the super rush as according to medical abstracts as stated by lacierda, GMA's health condition is improving man, so there's no life threatening to be in such a hurry.

Public service? Really? That the Supreme Court's decision would seem "useless"? Aquino's promise was "daang matuwid", mao diay ni iyang daang matuwid, ang dili mosunod ug morespect sa decision sa Supreme Court? I think you have the wrong notion as well. Unsa man diay gibuhat sa admin since inaguration bai? diba nag sige raman ug gukod? diin naman ang evidence? don't tell me fruitless gihapon, 2004 pa ang allegations and its 2011 na, 7 years na! considering sa gravity sa allegations there should be more than enough to bulldoze through this case. Mao nay Jurisprudence, allegations will remain allegations until proven without a reasonable doubt. Also serbisyo publiko nah? Serbisyo publiko na diay nang mag-violate sa constitution? When ma pasakaan na ug kaso si Gloria unya ma proven guilty then we can call her a plunderer or whatever, but until then mura rag inquisition if we outright find her guilty dayun. Another thing, kaning gibuhat sa administration mahimu man nuon ni ug viable cause nga naay country mu-provide ug asylum niya, so its not going to make it any easier to prosecute her by doing this. So if the administration wants it done right and easy, don't give her or any of her allies any reason to find a reasonable cause for asylum. IF indeed this is a ploy by Gloria, the administration has already been suckered in. Hook, line, and sinker.

Its not motion for recon man tingali. Dapat tingali motion to dissolve ang ipasaka ni Delima. Anyway the TRO did not rule on whether the De Lima has a right to stop Arroyo to go to other countries. It only suspend the right of the DOJ to stop Arroyo for about 20 days if I am not mistaken, because technically naa man basis ang power ni delima which was even made by GMA through the Executive officce. See what is wrong with this.
