im from mindanao, what's on the news mao na gi news ka dili pirmi gakahitabo, here in cebu wala guro night nga walay tawo nga na snatchan or na holdap tapos wala na gi news kay its an ordinary event already.

i think ang gubot sa mindanao kay kana ra Cotabato, and some small and isolated areas.

Gipa exaggerate langna sa media nga gubot jud ang mindanao. I've been in Cagayan, Bukidnon and Davao... Davao is a nice and safe place...

F we talk about bombing, well this thing is true specially gensan....but it will only happen if naipit na gyud ang mga terorist...well actually ang davao sad....alam mo na, PAPANSIN.... i was born and been living there for 20 years...theres just a bit adjusment for me when i use to ride a puj here in cebu especially night time kay basi naay mahitabo nga tulis so i have to be vigilanced all the time until makaabot ko sa amoa...but there in mindanao, well pwede ka matug then papukaw lang ka sa konduktor if makaabot naka...

Who said so? I've been traveling around Visayas and Mindanao for the past 6 years yet still I'm alive and kicking and eager to go on traveling the same places. Naa lang places like dira dapit jud sa southern part sa Cotabato nga baga gyud ang mga communista natong mga kaigsuonan. Delikado jud magbyahe didto nga dapit basta gabie na kay naa gyud sila sa kadalanan magbahis. But kung daytime lang ang byahe, it's just normal and safe.
Zamboanga city is very safe. Basilan also. GenSan, Polomolok, Marbel, Tacurong... all the way to Isulan then Davao del Sur safe ra man.. I travelled there last week. Ang problema lang kay pwerte gyung inita. Nigikan ko ug Cebu nga walay balatian pero pag-abot nako diri kay gisip-on ug ubo jud ko sa kainit sa panahon didto.

Its not really true na gobot ang MINDANAO....Para sa wala pa kabalo mas dako pa ang MINDANAO sa VISAYAS in terms of land area.
I was born and raise in Iligan city and i have been in many places in mindanao (Cagayan,Bukidnon,Butuan,Davao,Gensan,Polomolok,Oz amis,Pagadian & etc...) mas safe paka kung mosakay ug jeep pwede paka matulog, minus ang tulis and snatcher. Diri sa Cebu ang mga snatcher and tulisan mga bata pa kaayo dili pa gyud modagan inig ka human....grabe... he he he...

Ang siyudad didto dili kaayo daghan pulis sa mga eskina kay gamay ra snatcher ug holdaper....Daghan na kaayo kung naa lima ka tulis
sa jeep sa 1 ka bulan...Diri normal ra snatching ug holadp diri....
Big time lang pod usahay mga nahitabo sa uban part sa Mindanao like bombings and clashes between government troops and rebels kay naa man didto kadaghana mga big time na rebelde...

Naa lang mga lugar didto na naa mga rebelde sa mga bukid ug usahay ra sa siyudad... Ang nakapait lang gyud kung unsa mga dili maayo nahitabo sa Mindanao mao ra pirmi balik balik ug storya sa mga tao ug sa media resulta nangahadlok mga tao.

Mas maayo siguro moadto mo daan sa mga lugar sa Mindanao para makahibalo mo kung unsa gyud...
Pareha sa gisulti sa uban na ISTORYANS na taga Mindanao like me....DILI GOBOT ANG MINDANAO....

YES mindanao is very scary... ok lang ang mga foreigners moanhi sa mindanao pero kadtong mga pilipino nga dili taga mindanao please REFRAIN from coming here kay gubot kaayo, pag abot palang ninyo sa airport or pier patyon dayon mo. wala pod moy makita dri mga kabagnotan lang. believe me kay gikan ko didto, pangit kaayo ang mindanao... take my advice mga amigo ha, go to other places but not mindanao ok?

Nature kaayu down there. Fresh air and Reel Spring water pagyud.
Ive been to only a few places sa Mindanao pero theres
nothing bad i cud say about the place..

Didto kog Ozamis, Pagadian, and Tubod Lanao del Norte.

Akong na observe didto kay instead nga mga Police imong
makit-an, mga Army gyud didto and gacge lang ug
Check point...The motorists will just have to roll down their
windows and naka on ang light sa sulod...if dili ka
maldito ug nawng, dili raka parahon.

Siguro kanang ga ingon scarry ang Mindanao gamay ra naadtoan or naminaw rana mga storya na dili proven...
Kung mo ingon ka nga patyon dayon abot sa pier or airport basin diri siguro sa cebu kay daghan mangingilad ug snatcher... he he
