i noticed that the work culture of the call center is different from the Filipino work culture in general. sagdi nalang nang mga hambugero, i think they are doing that to constantly motivate themselves. in other words, think big. dili baya lalim magcge tawag unya more than half of the time, insultuhon ka. honestly, i am very hostile to callers na i know from call center but its nothing personal ha?

i am from an industry with deep Filipino work culture and we opened up a call center to use one of the floors of our building. it never took off and we closed it down.
