ang kailangan lang is a photocopy of your birth certificate either in your LCR or authenticated ones sa NSO.. dali lang ang process once naa na ka ana nga requirement.. 1 day lang nimo makuha ang PHILHEALTH ID.. then pay 300php for your payment.

Question nga Bros & sis. nahospital ako daughter few weeks ago. medyo dako jud kaayo ang bill. gamay ra kaayo ang naiban sa amo bill gikan sa philhealth wa kaabot (through hospital processing). I have heard nga mas maayo daw nga kita nalng moprocess didto mismo sa philhealth office (instead nga diha sa hospital ang pagprocess) pra mas dako ang atong madawat nga cash discount/refund. is this true? kinsay nakasulay og process diretso sa philhealth?

i have heard bai, pwede daw nga ikaw ra ang mo file sa philhealth bai..meaning di na nimo i declare ang imo philhealth sa hospital. i recompute na sa hospital imo payments. imo ra daw iandam tanan recibo then submit. it will take more or less 1 month daw bag-o maabot ang check (which is not bad as long as dako ta og masave).

unsaon mani nako oi... wala ko kahibawo sa akong philhealth number ba... nya nag work ko last .. kay pag last year pa.. and now ako nahibaw-an closed na ang company nga ako gi workan before..

unsa akong buhaton? wala naman gud koy makontak gud sa company

since 2009, i declared my parents as my dependents. Wala sad nako na confirm kung na dependent ba jud nako sila. Just three months ago, gi enroll sa ako maguwang ako parents as self-employed member ngadto. nag wonder lang ko ngano nakapamembro sila ngadto while ako na sila gi declare as my dependents. btw, both my parents are less 60yrs old. mao ba ni ang reason why dili sila ma dependent nako? ngadto man jud sa philhealth nako ma ask sa if pwede ba nako sila ma dependent or just in case ako i cancel ila membership ngadto kay hassle na sige bayad ngadto para nila nga pwede man unta sila as my dependents?

to check if na dependents nimo imong parents, ask for an MDR (membership data records)..

bai, be made aware nga ang philhealth dili pa centralized ilang system specially sa filing, like for example kung ng work ka nga ang philhealth is mandaue and afterwhich ni work ka nga ang philhealth cebu south, dili automatic ma transfer o ma consolidate imong record, kinahanglan pa nimo e-request to consolidate records..

so in your case, basin technical limitations lang gyud nganong nka enroll pa imong parents as member nga unta dependent naman sd nimo sila.. i could be wrong but try pa print ug MDR..
