    mga bro and sis...the author
of this article is just trying to
    point out his personal experience
working in a call center. wala
siya manaot or unsa. and besides,
naa man tay freedom to express
oneself. so mao rapud na iyang
    gibuhat. dependi nana kung unsaon

I work at a call center but I'm on a day shift, but thanks for the information. Night shift really isn't good for your health.

Im working in a call center also. Night shift pud but i don't have a choice. I need money. If i already saved a lot, i'll switch to morning sched.
Just eat nutritious food, don't smoke and drink, sleep 8hours after shift and you'll be fine.. =)

Sakto, dako man ug sweldo ang call center pero makalain ang epekto sa imong health..
Di ma enhance inung technical skills kung mag call center lng mo permi..
Ma fluent lang mo ug English, other than that wala na.

exactly. the only reason why I had a 2 year career with 1&1 is because I was saving for capital. Now I have small businesses but still work as a computer programmer to fund and invest on my existing businesses so that sooner or later these businesses can stand on their own to support me and my family.
