Apartment Business Anyone?

I would like to know how much it would cost for to build 3-4 story apartment with 12 units in it.

The lot is around 300-350 SQM.

10 million is enough?

I'm not really expert in construction or real estate... maybe some istoryans can shed light to my question..

I have an officemate who's into apartment business. He told me that it costs him 500T-600T per 2-storey apartment unit. I think construction materials are not the same for different location...so you can assume 10% higher on the cost as a margin of safety. His apartment unit is in Dumaguete actually.

With these figures, it would cost around 8M for a 12-unit apartment.

Up to 2 storeys ra nga apartment ako gusto.
Pero naghinay-nihay pa'g pondok sa funding.

Asa nga place imo target location Master Flankz?

the pad alone cost him mga 1m. dayon sa 300 sqm. nga yuta 1.5m

naa pa sya nabilin 3/4 sa yuta, still thinking kung mg expand ba or butangan ug lain apartment


naa ni inside a subdivision sa cagayan de oro city. nindot kay dool sya ug skwlahan, mall, hospital, etc. in the heart of the city man gud. dre sa cebu, mahal2 man yuta dre labi na kung sa syudad

ang place is Dipolog city. Naa mn gud inheritance nga lot.. so ako nlang e take advantage rather than mo palit kog lot sa Cebu.

Wow.. I admire your father.. 75 SQM is big enough for 8 studio units.. it could be a good idea nga half lang sa lot akong gamiton.. since 10 million is quite high for now. :P
