4:45 AM to around 5:15 AM lang. Reasons:

a) earlier than 4:45, the group will be too low in the horizon to be seen

b) later than 5:15 AM, hayag na kaayo ang sun, so you won't see the group.

Looks like things are clearing up a bit.

BTW if the eastern skies were clear this early morning, naa na unta mo'y nakit-an.
