According to the JTWC track of TD03, it should be between Taiwan and Luzon by the afternoon of May 10th, that is, if current prognostics prevail. So hopefully, if all the clouds gets sucked by the TD on Monday afternoon, it will be a clear early morning in the Visayas on the day of the 4-planet conjunction.
