i mated my male chihuahua last 2 months ago then the female already gave birth. puppy share amu agreement sa tag.iya sa female. wa pa kaau mi ng agree about sa akung share.
ang akung question, ig register sa puppies kang knsang name ibutang as owner? sa iya or amu duha?

it is the dam owner's responsibility to register the litter. once you've chose your pup share and you get his/her papers, you can have it transferred to your name.

it is under the dam owner's name... the owner of the dam on record at the time of mating will be the breeder on record. the sire owner usually gets one pup as his pup share... usually also, he gets his share after everything is already in order - eg pcci pedigree papers, vet records, etc. etc. lastly, it is usually the breeder who will pay for all the expenses regarding the litter registration.

hehe yeah that is true. but when registering the litter, breeder and owner are one and the same person. until the 'new' owner buys the dog and registers him/her under the new owners name then the breeder and owner becomes two different people basin naglibog na ang TS ani. hehehe...basta bro let the dam owner work on registering the litter then later ikaw na transfer ownership sa pup
