as again would advice to do this to make sure your harddisk is ok

here what you do open the enclosure,
get the harddisk out, if its sata, used a sata cable and connect it inside your pc, if ide do the same,
just do as if the harddisk is for internal, thats what i did at luckly the harddisk is fine."

have you tried plugging the device in a different USB slot, try plug sa likod nga USB slot, or try a different slot sa usual nimo nga gigamit.
