    bro, that's a sign of your card nearing its end.
    maybe micro-cracking has occurred.

    temporary solution is preheat your card on the oven or a heat gun.
    Use google or youtube searches for guides or DIY.

    ang video card moy guba ngano mo run man gihapon kong e uninstall nako ang driver sa nvidia?
    sa driver problem rajud ni cya.

    mao hinuon na klaro na ilhanan na problimatic na ang videocard. kai once na install drivers mao man na tym mu communicate na ang software sa imo hardware and since naa blema ang hardware d na sya mu run based on its specs. ug imo tangtangon ang driver, sama ra sa nag safe-mode imo hardware for it to function at its very minimal specs.... sort of like that...

    i try daw ug repair....dunno if this would work...
    or unplug your HDD plug it to a diff PC then from there you could delete sa prog files ang deepfreeze para lang dile cya mu dagan na once imo i plug back in sa imo PC
