according to Papa Kits Management, there is no truth to that said "news". Here is their reply in their page as I quote:
Papa Kit's Marina and Fishing Lagoon- Where did that news come from? Definitely that did not happen in papa kit's. Maybe an invention of one of our competitors. We will trace where this rumor started and file a legal case against the gossiper.

didto mi sa papakits, pero dili nami mubalik. Naay nahulog sa ila zip line the other day sa papa kits. Naa sa news. Nimatay daw. It mentioned the harness was not secured. scary
