or I dont know pud unsa kasaligan imo gisugo

but para nako mu charge sila nako for some document I can make in less time ug P1000 di pud ko ui ako nalang hahaha.

u draft the letter then email it as word attachment then sila na mu print
and all they need to do is ipa notario.
unless you have trouble writing or drafting it yourself

my friend told me na mas mau mo fill up na lang ug form kay mas complete ang details where as personal himuon pag d complete ang details ipausab daw sa DSWD..thanks anyways sa imo info ang rplys..

Sis, ang minor ra maoy motravel alone or naay mo-accompany?
My son who is still a minor travel by himself last November and I made all this travel docs by myself.
It's a case to case basis baya ang procedure.

Once you get that affidavit of consent attested by DSWD, that is valid for one year.
