hay naku....if i were a scientist or a doctor, id be one of those inventors of weight loss pills because the world is getting very conscious about being healthy and fit. i also struggled with excess weight for several years now. i will lose some and gain some. truth is, daghan dapat masabtan ang usa ka individual before mo decide to lose weight. first, you have to understand kung unsa ang safety ways of losing excess weight. u also have to determine unsa ang root cause sa excess weight. different folks, different strokes. if one diet program works for someone, it may not work for u. if u r 20 years old and trying to lose weight, it could be easy but if u r 40, it will be different for u. ang ako lang noh, a lot of us dont really understand or just didnt care to know how to love our body more. example, kanang mag crash diet, it will NEVER work. yes, u will shed pounds but believe me, it will eventually come back. when u dont eat anything, ur metabolism doesnt work right. your organs will fail because the body needs nutrients from food. u need to take in calories to burn calories. ang nakasayup pa, most people dont know which right foods to eat to help them lose weight. the pounds doesnt pile up overnight, dont expect to lose it overnight. daghan nag namatay aning sayup nga diet. please dont be too ignorant and do this to yourself. you also have to have good reasons for losing weight. kung para lang mapansin ka sa imong crush, you are pressuring yourself and might be causing yourself a stress, and stress is one reason why u wont lose weight, no matter how little food you eat. cortisol is released when u r under stress and this will affect your metabolism. k notice mo nganong manambok ka sa call center? because these people are highly stressed out with the calls and listening to very stressful people. bisag dili paka mag sige ug kaon, mahibulong na lang ka nganong nanambok ka. anyways, with that being said, siguro para nako ang pina ka crazy is pushing myself to workout even if i hate being in the gym or dont feel like doing it. i just realized that in this way, stress lang gihapon ka kung you are not enjoying what u r doing. for your exercise, you have to choose something that u enjoy doing, kanang dili nimo pugson imong self. i hope this helps everyone who is trying to lose weight. what works best for me? low carb diet jud, lots of water, lots of green tea, bisag walay gym2, just try to be very active at home, even just doing house chores can burn lots of calories, limpyo pa ang house, even simple tasks like cooking can burn calories. you can easily lose 5 lbs in a week mag low carb diet ka....just have to determine the right food to eat. u dont have to punish yourself by not eating. that is so wrong jud
