1. Military press - targets shoulders,delts, triceps, back muscles and quads.
2. Pull ups - targets biceps and lats and if your gonna do it on a chinning bar it also targets a bit of your abs (depende sa pag execute)
3. Deadlift - targets quads, lower back , shoulders and improves your gripping power especially kun dili ka magsalig sa wrist straps.
