im using inphonex for a while already for my VOIP calls. i took the 23 countries worldwide (40 bucks),. however i pay it nga lang via credit card.
as suggested globe has voip.. pero per minute din ang charge eh.
will try voipstunt though im not sure about this since its free kasi,.. i cant afford the possibility that one day wala akong voip service
