if you are a globe broadband subscriber, you can request for activation of VOIP service. call to the US will just be $.05/min (about P2.81). all you need is a headset with microphone, attached to your pc. pls check this link:

globelines voip is great! very cheap and very reliable. connection is fast too. i use it alot.
