I'm a recent victim of this. Nag order ko item online after 2 months wala pa japon niabot. I asked the store. They told me it was lost and I need to check it with my local post office. Sesh!

hi everyone, gusto ko sana magtayo ng online shop. nagbabasa-basa ako ngayon ng mga feedback ng mga tao para maiwasan kong magkamali. i just want to know, based sa experience nyo, ano po ang okay na gamitin na courier to deliver the items? gusto ko po kasi maiwasan yung mga nawawala sa post office. lalo na kung mga maliliit lang ng mga items. kung gagamitin ko po ba ang services ng lbc? okay po ba? willing naman ako to shell out a bit more, basta assured na okay ang services nila.

Daghan jud ka og bantayan if you are planning to do online selling especially if you will be dealing with credit cards or Paypal payments. Kinahanglan nga before ka mo deliver sa orders, you have to verify first the delivery address and the address of the buyer. If in Paypal, as much as possible deal with verified Paypal members.

Inabtik jud sa pag-identify sa mga fraudulent transactions. One example, a fraudulent buyer wants the deal to be fast no matter how much you charge for the shipping fee.

Based on our experience in Mytindahan Online Shopping Network - Philippines, pangayuan jud namo og ID among customers or ilang bang recipients. Issue delivery receipt and let the receiver sign the DR before you go kay in case naay dispute magamit nimu ang DR as evidence of the delivery.

Nakasuway na pod mi og fraudulent customers, apil na nila tong ervin abellanosa nga scammer og just 2 weeks ago we receive an order worth Php15k plus paid in paypal, the next day ang buyer ni file og dispute for unauthorized access daw sa iyang credit card. Gi-hold sa paypal amoang account temporarily. We provided Paypal with all the evidences and just this morning nabalik ra ang funds sa among paypal account.

so true..na victim nako thru EBay but dili sala sa Ebay ha...thru Ebay lang ko na scam sa buyer abroad pa jud. I lost P13,000. Coach Bag na P18,000 unta but akong gi sale ug P10T kapin then pag pa ship pa sa gawas nako....I trusted the person without doing a check if legit ba siya...so after ato...wala nako naga update sa akong Ebay Account. Now i sell through Multiply, Facebook and lately I like here sa Istorya kay so far mga maayo akong mga customers kay naa ra diri sa Cebu so meetup ra and katong mga online buyer nako kay Fb connect jud nako and they pay me thru the Bank and/or Gcash.
