    defective? new units man tanan amo baligya sir. naa mi 7days outright so if guba jud pede na nmo pa replace dayon.

    ikaw man kaha nag pili sa parts na imo paliton? dli man kaha taga GI nag recommend nga kani lang palita?
    Ila gi ilisan ang motherboard pero ang problem naa gihapon, pag february ni nako gi palit, wala pa nako ma balik ron kay kini laging busy na kaau ta pero pohon ako ning e balik did2, 1 year warranty man kahani? Daghan nako na gamit pc or pirmi ko mag gamit ug pc everyday pero ang unit nga na palit nako sa GI deperencya ra dyud. Defective dyud cya kay inig on nako usahay dli mo boot dayun mo boot nasad, wala cyay clear...

    negative au amo experience yesterday sa GI APM

    nag-ask mi about an item sa lalaki.. nag-ask xa what item.. afterwards kay gi-forward ra mi niya sa sales.. unya nag-cge mi pangutana kinsay sales, wala jud mutingog..

    dugay jud kaayo sila maka-atiman ug customer.. dili pa jud proper ug attention ihatag..

    kung dili pa lang ko higher breed kaysa ana nila ay.. sus.. we've taken into consideration nga dili cguro na sila well educated kaysa namo..

    unta i-proper training na sila mga sales ug kung kinsa pa na diha.. thinking nga ang ilang sweldo nag-gikan sa halin nga gikan sa kwarta sa mga TAO/CUSTOMERS..

    okay? pagtarung intawn mo..

    maayo raba ug isa ra ka tao ang nag-reklamo, daghan baya..

    (not to mention nga naay manglingkod bisan naay customer nga bag-ong naabot.. gi-atiman unta.. wala jud.. tsktsk.. )

    bad service..

    TURN OFF kaayo ilang presyo.
    Ang naa sa website/PDF, 1795.00 ang item.
    Kung duna ni 2.5% markup for Cebu, dapat 1840 ra ang presyo.
    But NO... 2,150 ang baligya nila... CASH.
    Unya kung i-credit card nimo, mahimo ug 2,200.

    Puwede ba ni ma reklamo sa DTI?

    Ka duha diay ko nibisita diri karon, early afternoon (dugay kaayo ko na-serbisyo), ug sa gabii.
    Sa kadugay sa pag-atiman (sa hapon), ug sa ka turn-off sa presyo,
    ni adto sa SM mag canvass ug lain, bahalag mas mahal.
    Pero wa man stock; ni balik nalang ko APM pag gabii kay kinahanglan gyud nako ang item. @_@

    Unsa diay imo gipalit?

    Ana jud na sa APM branch dugay kaayo sila mo entertain. Mas ok pa ang sa CMall na branch.

    Try to check the fine print in the website...

    (Note: Prices are based on FOB Manila, Freight charges apply for Provincial branches, 2.5% for Cebu, 6% for Cagayan de Oro, 8% for other Mindanao Branches)

    Oh well, things don't really follow that one. Most of the time, prices are inconsistent in this store. Some sales rep will give you "price X", some sales give you "price Y", some follow the "price in the website +2.5%"... so, yeah...it's inconsistent. That's one cons for this store.

    I'd have to agree with everyone, service in APM branch is terrible. Try to read up my post # 200..regarding my bad experience on that branch.

    This is one of the reasons when I do transactions with this shop, I'd go talk directly to the top man (bulk). The APM branch just doesn't do justice to some customers who are willing to shell out a decent amount. I'd prefer the other store if I'm just purchasing single items. You know, I could just give their boss a call and spank them up in that branch. It's just lousy.

    Maybe I guess the reason why they won't entertain us is that because we looked too "common" for them... oh well, they probably haven't heard of the story about the "rich fellow dressing as a beggar to cross the desert".
    Trying to give an update on this one. 2-3 days after I posted this on Istorya.net, G.I. APM staff suddenly texted me that the Quadro Video Card I'm looking for is "Phased out" and that the supplier has no stocks on that one.

    Unfortunately for them, I already called the local supplier of computers here in the Philippines a week back and I asked for availability - and yes, they have stocks on that one! Since I can't purchase a single product from the wholesaler, I need to purchase it via "Retail Stores" (such as G.I. or any other store).

    It was a pathetic excuse for GI-APM staff to save themselves the hassle of going through ordering a single item for me - telling me that there are no stocks available. On the other hand, the other store (PCX) gave me pricing and availability in a matter of hours, that's why I went there and purchased the unit instead. I have half a mind to report their @sses off to the store owner...
