    I think sir depende rana sa imo gipalit.......... dili man siguro sala sa store kung ang imo gipalit baratohon na parts unya maguba dayon...... bisan asa ka na store mopalit kung ang imo napalit dili maayo na brand same ra gihapon ang result ana...... mo vary nalang na sa imo pag pa warranty sa imo naguba na unit......... pero sa GI kung magpa waranty ka pwerte gyud tinood dugaya....... and sakto na ila gisulti na dili ka tawagan dayon bisan naabot na imo RMA............. mao ra gyud nay problem sa GI kana ila RMA....

    starting May... mag butang nami priority number para fair tanan, walay mo sapaw na client. kay permi jd ni mahitabo nga naa ka gi atiman na client, nya naa lain client mo ask ug prices ug uban pa. pero dli jd na matubag tanan question kay focus sila sa client nga gi atiman.

    GI APM - 3 ra ka sales a day. 2 computers naa sa front. 1 cashier and 1 sales manager, uban tawo dha naka uniform mga promodiser na sa lain company using GI's uniform. so please ask an assistance sa right person lang sir / madam.

    dli na nga mamili mi ug client, small or big time kay kamo mismo wala kabalo sa volume ninyo nga orderon. busy lang jud. thats na come up nga decision butang lang mi priority number para fair tanan.

    defective? new units man tanan amo baligya sir. naa mi 7days outright so if guba jud pede na nmo pa replace dayon.

    ikaw man kaha nag pili sa parts na imo paliton? dli man kaha taga GI nag recommend nga kani lang palita?

    A couple of weeks back, I accompanied a close friend of mine to APM G.I. to get a quote on his "rendering rig" and a quadro videocard (which we are willing to purchase - order basis). We approached the sales counter (yeah one was doing something, the other was not doing anything). The one doing nothing told us to wait for the other person to get a quote, pointing to another sales person. We waited, and in the end, it was the sales person which was doing something who entertained us. Literally, it took us exactly 27 mins before we got entertained (Yes, I marked the time).

    I got a quote for the rig from the sales rep and I inquired on the stocking of the Quadro Videocard. Since it was Saturday, suppliers are off and she told us that pricing will be available on Monday... I left my contact number. A week passed and I didn't get one call/sms. So, I contacted them again to inquire... and then the sales rep told me that they will contact me once they got the pricing (again). Once again, I didn't get anything. 2 weeks passed, I inquired (again) and still got the promise that they still have to contact the supplier.

    Ending of the story = My friend purchased his 50k PC at the other store which offered pricing in a matter of hours.

    This is one of the reasons when I do transactions with this shop, I'd go talk directly to the top man (bulk). The APM branch just doesn't do justice to some customers who are willing to shell out a decent amount. I'd prefer the other store if I'm just purchasing single items. You know, I could just give their boss a call and spank them up in that branch. It's just lousy.

    Maybe I guess the reason why they won't entertain us is that because we looked too "common" for them... oh well, they probably haven't heard of the story about the "rich fellow dressing as a beggar to cross the desert".
