If madayon we'll put up a 1 watt repeater, i guess it would cover that area. I will know as soon as we put the unit up. coz we will be making a test on the areas covered

update on our project: after getting positive response from some people on this sie. We have decided to expand on this venture. Right now were on the headend developement to control QOS and a funky portal to boot. I know that it takes time to develop and straighten thing out because a lot of you guys are skeptical, sorry to say we will prove you wrong.

I have posted a new topic which is "neighborhood ISP anyone" in order for you guys to be familiar to this post. As of now were looking at a grander scale project to be implemented south of here. Some of the guys in Istorya.net are helping me out because we mean business. enough of the whining and fuss about poor internet service. ITS TIME TO MOVE! against the giants who gave us all the hype but a lousy service at that.

Right now we are looking at the possibility of reaching banawa and gudalaupe. We did the site surveys and mapping already. those of you near redemptorist and areas of capitol parish will be the first ones to be benefited. 2nd will be the guys from mandaue area.

were having a slight problem of our POPs because of the cost to rent the dammnn roofs of this buildings. we have only 8 1 watt units and a lot of small AP units or CPEs we can be used as repeaters. If want to help us, if you plan to buy such equipment kindly think of your neighbors and set the units into AP repeat mode to extend our coverage. you will still get the same type of service and quality speeds.

the system will be complete on the headend such as servers for the portal, AAA authentication, access, address. a firewall and most of all radius server and a BMU by mid september or earlier.

the sytem is on a WDS setting , so you can roam whitin the net work range :mrgreen:

as for now going to casal s village then around sm, can be seen from mandaue, expansions will be from fuente to banawa, and esxario
