The NLRC upholds the rights of the workers and if naa lang ka proof of your employment with the company, everything will fall into place. Pwede ra ka muadto sa ilang office sa may fuente then fill out sa form. Tagaan ka ana ug schedule ug kanus a ka pwede mag submit sa imong affidavit and ang company will be summoned to do the same thing. For the affidavit, you need to find a lawyer to do it for you... ang next ana kay i schedule mo for amicable settlement. If you cant come up with an agreeable solution, ang judge na ang mudecide sa inyong case.
for my experience, it took about a year for a resolution. Akong nabayad sa lawyer kay 11k and was granted my compensation but without back wages. It was illegal dismissal and suspension.
i suggest you and your coworkers file a complaint together kay it'll be stronger, as advised by my lawyer before. Have all your docs ready coz you will need it... it's more like battle of the paperworks than actual case. Your lawyer will pretty much do everything for you.hope it helps.
