i've always wondered, what happened to those who haven't even heard of or was born before jesus of nazareth? were they damned after death? the god of love which jesus spoke of doesn't seem the type to damn his creation...

That's a good question in fact I also raised that one before. Christ is the forthcoming sacrifice for the Old testament believers. The animal sacrifice is the picture/shadow of the event that is going to happen and it is the means for the atonement of their sins. When Abrahan offers Isaac and is about to slay his son, the Lord stopped his hand saying that He will provide. Many years after, as we know this story that the Son of God was offered and was slayed to death as a sacrifice for the sins of the world.

Only God knows who were His children and those who obeyed his commandments before the grace period (time of Christ).

Christ died for all of mankind including for the old testament period. Priest sacrificed lamb or sheep as a symbolism and acceptance of Christ ultimate sacrifice.

Christ and God hates sin but loves sinners. But if sinners continue to cling to sin then their sin is going to be destroyed along with them.
If we separate from our sins then only our sins will be destroyed.

Then according to your post, then Christ's death was in vain. Because many people still sin. And they still go to church at the same time. And not too many people listen to his first and foremost commandment. They just want the easy way out, to "wipe all their sins" on Jesus.

You've just answered my question. That's why as i said, the world can see no difference even if you'll take long lines of prophets to preach the same message about GOD. Jesus is the fulfillment of it all.

Try to ponder the word LOVE. What does it mean when a person truly love someone? Don't you know that he is willing to face anything, even to offer his own life just to be with that someone? if you are in your 30s and above, im sure you know what I mean. Divine Love is able to sacrifice everything a person has or even offer his life for the sake of someone!



We should know brod that the devil's goal is to ruin God's creation. He wanted to destroy human's morality and all of God's attributes/image in man (ie. love, joy, kindness, compassion, mercy..etc)

By the death of His Son. we should rather be thankful and give back the Glory to God for his great Love to us by giving his only precious Son to redeem us to eternity with Him!

And regardless, spiritual life is by no means "easy". Nothing is ever easy sir. Just because you "believe" in Jesus doesn't mean you're saved already. Believing is one thing, doing what Jesus taught is different. Belief is only the tip of the iceberg. Anyone can say that they believe in so and so. That doesn't mean that you are saved from sin already.

And regarding destroying human qualities, was there any compassion at all when Jesus was crucified sir? Because I don't see it in anyone today. They just feel happy that Jesus was crucified for their "sins". They glorify his suffering. So where's the compassion in that? Where's the "human" qualities in that? Since when does glorifying someone's suffering a "good" thing? This is what I say destroys the meaning of repentance, penitence. And again I ask, if the people during Jesus' time committed an offense by crucifying him, what makes the people of today "different"? How come the act that the people of the past did was an offense, and now that today's people who are glorifying Jesus' crucifixion are now free from that offense? Well?

I am no Agnostic sir. If John stopped Christ from being sacrificed on the Cross, why should we glorify Jesus' crucifixion now? Shouldn't we follow John's example and NOT glorify the crucifixion?

Yes that is why they have a sacrificial system. It is a symbol that they have accepted Jesus Christ sacrifice on the cross when the time comes. So The animal sacrificial system was used as a method to forgive sins this is for them who does not know Christ yet to be able to accept christ sacrifice even before Christ sacrifice. So in effect they still have accepted Christ sacrifice. This is the very purpose of the animal sacrificial system for people who dont know christ during their time.

The name Jesus' or Emmanuel means "God with Us". Meaning God is with them during that time of the new testament. So Jesus in the Old testament was not known as Jesus but the Son of God the Son of God is not yet Jesus.

Therefore it is not necessary that they believe in the name of "Jesus" during their time. Since God provided them ways to be able to accept Jesus sacrifice before the event.
There are many names like Jesus but Jesus Christ has many names.

Well didn't I told you already only those who are saved are the ones who accepted Christ teachings and sacrifice and has repented? Of course those people who keeps on sinning will reap what they sow. Do you want to talk about the hellfire?

Christ himself branded John as Satan. So are you like John?
Did you agree with John or Christ. Not as John is a bad person but his statement.

We shouldn't because we need his sacrifice to save man kind. Unless if you think you are sinless then you don't need Christ sacrifice if you think you are up to God's standard of righteousness and perfect in the eyes of God, even though the bible says all have sinned and fall short in the glory of God.
