Diba theres a police station by that intersection? you should have brought him there, and tell the police he hit you in the head.
Whether it is your fault or not, what happened is an accident, and it is not done on purpose. But when he hit you in the head, that was intentional and you could file charges against him. If you can still reach him, I would file charges if I were you, or at least scare him and let him know that you are willing to stand for yourself and take action. Make him regret what he did. Make him apologize at least.
He's lucky that he didnt face an aggressive person with a gun.
ako pa nimo ato, ako to kulatahon, ..bitaw mas maayo nangadto mo sa police station bai
sue him!!!
may unta to bro gipa-blotter nimo dayon para dunay record. Importante kay wa grabe nahitabo on both parties due to that accident. Pasaylo-a na lang to cya bro.
TS, pasgdei nalang to oi... hehehehe! ika usa raman kaha ka ge igo sa helmet.PAsensya-e nalang.
Sunod brad, if it should happen to you again nga naay mag inflict nimo ug physical assault, immediately inform a police precint.
Then, go to a government hospital, lets say Cebu City Medical Hospital, then pa korasyon didto para naa kay supporting papers to file charges.
a helmet on your head?!! WTF. ill shoot them if was you.
forget it man,, we have to learn sometimes how to forgive..
You should've reported the incident pag-after jud dayun sa pagkahitabo bro TS. I agree with your dad nga you should press charges. BUT, if it happened last thursday pa, i think it's a little too late. Murag delayed reaction na kaayo. I think you should let it pass nalang and learn from this experience, if ever naay mahappen nga something like this in the future (hopefully dili na mausab.. Knock on wood) kahibaw na ka what to do.
wa nag function ang traffic lyts no?
