try this pulutan barato ra gyud ....
halang-halang chicken liston (tinae), butchi (stomach) ug batikon.
or chicken meat sliced in cubes.
ingredients:
2 cups chicken small intestines cleaned
1 cup chicken stomach cleaned
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 medium onion
6 sili espada
4 siling labuyo
1 tsb chicken curry or any curry powder (kana putos na daan sa merkado us ice wrapper)
1/2 tsp black pepper
6 tsb cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp seasoning (maggi/knorr/magic/etc.)
3 tsb soy sauce
1 tsb vinegar
1 tsb brown sugar
1 tsb flour
1 any chicken cube or
1 cup sliced pineapple (optional)
Directions:
Boil to tender tinae and butchi. Drain slice and cut into small pieces of your choice but not more than 1/2 inch. if using pure diced chicken meat deep fry in seconds just when the meat changes color then drain.
cut n slice all panakot, heat pan and put 6 tsb cooking oil
saute garlic, onion, red and green bell pepper, siling labuyo, sili espada.
e guisa next and meat with the panakot then add the salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce.
then lower heat and cover until meat is soft to eat. add the chicken curry and pineapple.
prepare the sauce by melting the sugar, chicken cube and the flour with one cup of water.
add to the meat and in high heat stir well. adding the seasoning to taste.
If sauce comes too sticky just slowly add water to your desired texture and salt to taste...
