The thumbs down didn't do much. If anything, it made the title worse. It generalizes that all Filipinos are criminals so boooooo (thumbsdown) to all Filipinos.

I hate reading news about Filipinos doing crime in or outside our country just as much as anybody else. But we cannot improve as a nation if right down from the start we label ourselves in a negative light. And that’s just what the thread title did.

one of the biggest problem of Filipinos are they are good in bashing down their own countrymen/country.

So, basing on these news, what would you expect on how these guys would treat us(OFW'S esp us seafarers) whenever we're on these places?
Believe me, I've had my share of bad experiences just because our fellow countrymen sucked up big time!

I don't know how you "fixed" what I said, because you really didn't.

You are a sad, sad man. OFW's have been all over the place for the past 50 years. There are an estimated 11 million OFWs scattered all over the globe, doing great work, sending billions of dollars a year that help our economy a great deal, paying taxes and rendering services in their host country, helping out that host country's economy.

But you're far more worried that we'd all be typecast as criminals? Do you see people quitting their work abroad in droves because of all the news you posted? I guess not.

Zzz i clearly stated my point. I dont know if youre an ofw as well but it really takes one to know one and even if you are? Experiences really differ in ways and i was just sharing my side of the story on how these freakin rodents affected us in ways i didnt expect.

And dont come here bashing blah blah blah, ofws didnt resign, 11 million ofws, you are a sad man...instead, share what you can do to stop this abuse. Pfft! stereotypes.
