Sky's 5mbps (with 15GB monthly cap) gives an effective rate of 46kbps when compared to unlimited internet (no monthly cap). Ilad-ilad pud nga pas2x ang rate pero naa diay monthly cap, maayo pa nang 3mbps then wala monthly cap.
