i think supplement ra mana TS for the bones. at your age, i dont think mo grow paka coz close na imung "epiphyseal plates" (growth plates), di nka mu tubo bisan unsa pang enhancers imu gamiton. usually, 18 to 21 years old lang na kutob.once mo reach nna sa maximum bone growth wa naka mahimo...read more topics regarding bone growth TS, it might help u.
