2 year old Pitbull obedience training: is it still possible?

to those who own pitbulls..is it still possible to train a 2 year old pit?maskin obedience and leash lang.
our pit kasi is currently caged. luoy kaayo. i want to set her free kaso lang samok ug ki-at kaayo. she also has a non-healing wound sa tip sa iyang tail due to constant wagging and hitting the bars of the cage. as a pit, dedma ra sa samad kay high pain threshold. dili ra man siya mamaak and good with people but considering the power of a pit simple games may be too rough.

any ideas would be helpful.thank you.

sir.. better watch videos of cesar milan and episodes of the dog whisperer.. first step in obedience is setting him to a calm and submissive state.. establish yourself as the pack leader. do not fall for canine manipulation.. dogs will always be dogs and should be treated like one..

i must agree with this one.. i think they still can learn things though you neet to spend not just some patience, but lots of it.. and i think they'd prefer man pud na masuroy2 sila and to be on a leash than not being on a leash but naa pud sa cage.. for sure mabag.ohan jud sila.. but i think they'd soon adopt to the new treatment you give to your dog..

they can be trained. as long as you follow this rules. 1. exercise your dog. because your dog will never listen to you if full of energy pa sya to do his own thing. walk him like 45 mins to 1 hr kay pitbull mana sya. 2. know what drives your dog so you will know what to reward them.. check of nahan ba sya food (treats) or nahan ba sya toys (like balls or anything squeky) para every time mag training ka you will know what to give him to get his attention. in dog training it is very important that your dogs attention is focus only to you. 3. train him and give him a lot of praise and be patient. and be consistent gyud sa training.

note: in dog training it is very important to select the good place to start.. like dapat ang area na imo sya gi train is private and quite no distractions to the dog. then when he is familiar with the command na then you can start bringing him to a place with people. BUT you must always make sure na your dog is leashed. never let your dog roam without it. you can buy training leash katong tag 6meters or more. but never gyud i unleash ang dog na still on training.

Dog training has no age limit. Teaching a dog new behavior is very easy (even old dogs) and would usually take 2 sessions. But the hardest part is reversing the bad behaviors.
