kana lang gud nga directly applicable sa atong current situation

unsaon man na nato mga F15s or F16s wala man tah nag expect ug invasions and it's an overkill pud
and besides its waaaaaay off our gov't's budget not to mention the after-market costs---pilot training, support technology, maintenance... etc.
of course dili ta katupong sa level anang mga modern fighters oi. most probably, we can create our own COIN aircraft or maybe up to light interceptors.

the copyright issue was on the helicopter they created called the hummingbird nga naa'y kapareha sa model nga gimanufacture sa eurocopter. PADC created fixed wing aircraft which did not gain support from the government. sayang kaayo.

for a trainer plane right? but it would be a kick start unta for a indigenous planes in the future unta. guess the government realized that research and all that is far too expensive that just buying a plane whole.

there was actually an almost finished prototype. sadly, that prototype is now kept in an abandoned hangar lot. a simple plane wouldn't require much fundings for research. wa lang gyud na.engganyo ang gobyerno kay wala sa ilang taste ang mga eroplano.
