sir, Jailbreaking is Legal po... ang masulti rajud sa Apple ana is do it at your own risk,
naa sa hinuon clause sa waranty about jailbraking na ma void but if ever naay clause didto nga may pagka ingun ana pagsulti, dle jud direct nga ILLEGAL ang jailbreaking coz it's your phone, you bought it..
you should be able to do whatever you want to it.. kanang gijailbreak nga iphone or ipod or whatelse... inag update ana or inag format ana into a new OS without jailbreaking.. it's gonna be as good as new...
i dont know sa mga current iOS kai last i heard naa nay security measures gibutang ang Apple sa ilang OS to prevent jailbreaking... but still, whatever they do... no code unbreakable..

and also, kanang masakpan nila nga jailbroken ang iphone or ipod mostly mueffect ra sa US or other Countries where naghari ang Apple... kai masakpan man sa network provider like AT&T and Verizon so as long as your under the net providers plan, naa tingai sila mahimu if ever imung i jailbreak... but if imong gibuy imong iPhone w/o plan, or kung iPod Touch wa nay problema... imu nana! dpat lang makabuot ka unsay imong himuon ana...

errr.. bnt thnk so alot of people this days says its oem but.. its actually fake mu ign ra sila oem how can you tell if original oem or fake ^.^v

Jailbreaking is legal, but if you download and install cracked apps, that's piracy. That's why discussion of cracked apps is a big no-no especially sa Apple subforum
