What we can offer now is this thread where the said buyer can post his side of the story.

By the way, to all who were not directly involved in their transaction please refrain from posting derogatory comments, that won't help at all in solving the issue.

Being a Seller Myself kay isa ni sa mga Risks sa pag Sell. Morning pa lang I told you na Busy sa Office (Puguso gihapon kaau ka - saying na "naana ko sa SRP Bai" (This is not an Excuse), Buying something - you need to be sure kun unsa imu gipalit". I was planning to call Pag-Asa Pawnshop pero sa ka Busy sa Work Wala jud ko kalugar.

Then I arrived at Ayala so I texted him, then he said he was eating lunch and he used 200pesos of his 1,800pesos, so I asked him if he was going to withdraw in his ATM since he lack 200pesos for our said deal price. So he texted me that he was sorry for making a very "ST*PID" mistake for using the money, so i texted him that just come here in Ayala so we could make an arrangement about the deal, but he REFUSED but instead he offered 400 pesos for my effort, TIME?? and money. So i accepted it, but i think it was all in the plan because it was Friday right? And Banks don't open during weekends except BDO, but my accounts was only METROBANK and BPI.

So he offered me again something, he said he would buy the item this Sunday instead and he added more on to the said amount of the deal, instead of 1,800 pesos he added 400 pesos which makes it 2,200 pesos,
So still I believed in him and go for the deal even though he made me wait in AYALA for about 7 hours that nothing happen, so I waited for Sunday and Today is SUNDAY!!! NO REPLY, NO ANSWERS WITH MY CALL, NOTHING AT ALL!!!

Bai, I offered you this dala sa kaikog - saying Sori multiple Times pero after nako na Text ani - naa pa ka 40-50 text messages na Hilas Hilas, Then pina sorry sa Last Text na Sori sa imu kalagot - then imu ni gibalik na text nako. Wow. So imagine nalang.

hmmm.... sa akoa pag sabot mn pd, murag upset ang seller kai gipa huwat nimo mn gud ug 7 hrs.not to mention u spent the 200 na intended for your sabot to pay him 1,800. thats not professional. bitaw 8 yrears nka nag work.mai ta naa kay decency to preserve the money that is intended for the item that you wanted to buy..diba.. d nlang nato pa lawmon ang storya ug padakon.kai as simple as that ngano nag dako inyo lalis nuon. if you never spent the 200 so wa mo problem duha diba.. end of story... usapang lalake sana ang deal ninyo.. para mawala nlang ni padayuna gihapon ang transaction to him.ask apology lang and in return he should post an apology pd. para quits.. hapit na ra baya ang 2012 hala mo! hehehehehe!!

As stated bai, I asked Sori. I never failed to say Sorry! Kapila sa Text nako na Sorry! Dili na mao ang Problem. Sa klase na Seller - Maka Surrender ang iya Style. Suwayi - Grabhe ka Isog! and i Correct nato ha - Dili 7 Hours, 2pm ang saboy ta - Extend ug 3am then didto na ko nag try balibad telling him about sa Incident.
