curios lang ko ba..gusto lang ko mkahibaw kung ngano ni try og hikog nya wa mdaun..unsa gyud sila ka determined mga magpakamatay..o drama drama lang para ibigin sa public...lolz

I think that the reasons why they do it are the following:

1. Love - recently a friend had informed me that her officemate from eperformax had committed suicide due to this very reason
2. Financial issues
3. Family issues
4. Some think it's a trend and a very effective way to lure attention towards oneself just so he/she can feel special; gain sympathy
5. Due to mental illness - could be a consequence or an effect brought about by their mental illness

Just my two cents.

akong amigo nakatry og hikog pag friday lang last week..wa lang ko ka-ask niya kung unsay feeling kay namatay man gyud.

i met someone who committed suicide..shes a girl from a medical school..i met her because she came here n cebu to escape from the meeting with her dean sa mindanao because her dean recently found out her hstory...then nacurious ko og nangutana ko niya why she committed suicide...

ana siya nga contento na siya sa iya life( pagka AHAKA!!), she's actually a suicide fanatic siguro coz she reads a lot about suicide in the internet and she knew a lot of incidents of suicide here in cebu.

She even planned to kill herself before she gets 18 y.o. then wala nadayon because of some circumstances daw, she turned 19 and wala gihapon nadayon..then there came her 20th birthday, naa ra sya sa boarding house at that time, she already had a 38 caliber with her( dont know asa niya napalit) then nag Hubog siya ra usa..she planned to shot herself because she dont want to look horrible if she dies through hanging herself( kay modiwal-wal ang dila).

First attempt, she pointed the gun in her mouth and thought of shooting herslef but nakuyawan siya so iya gibutang ang gun...

Second attempt ( same night) she suddenly get the revolver and pointed to her mouth again and pulled the trigger and BOOM..

she said she passes out for like 30 seconds coz she thought she was dead. Her boardmates and friends rushed and see if what happened to her but they cannot distinguish if asa siya nagpusil kay wala man nilapos ang bala.

BILIB kaayo ko kay nibangon siya then siya pa jud nipara og TAXI padung sa hospital...

Then there they found out nga ang bala nasangit somwhere sa occipital area sa iya brain or brainstem man siguro to which made it difficult nga ma operahan...so till that time we met, naa pa ang bullet sa iya ulo, she even feels pain kung bugnaw daw kaayo, and the funny thing is mo tingog ang sensors sa airport kay madetect ang metal...

ni anhe siya sa cebu kay makig meet ang ilang dean niya sa ila school sa mindanao( where she proceeded to study nursing)
