Bring your concerns to your bosses or superiors concerning your work
Letting them know is a good start--what you have undergone or have to go through mentally & physically
of the kind or work, workload pertaining to your time frame equating the sufficient number of days, hours alloted for your rest and recreation that can compensate to carry on onwards w/o sacrificing your wellbeing.
Other wise if you just let this unhealthy routing go uncheck no amount of destressing can help you
bcoz most if not all method of destressing involves time and time is not in your favor.
So better yet try and get your bosses views if they really cared for your wellbeing which is also
their obligations (check and look up labor codes)
and if you see it otherwise...start looking for another job
you may say lisod mangita trabaho but please be reminded nga getting a job is for our survival
and unsaon nato pag survive is that job itself is killing you?
Back to basics!!!
Or if all else fails
try the "LIGO THEN SLEEP METHOD" it's a carefully researched technique of ridding yourself stress. hahahahah
or at least lang bah ma acknowledge tawn ang wise efforts involved in coming up with this suggestion
