find a good thing to do to help you relax and feel happy inside and out...
perhaps go swimming somewhere u like
travel to some paradise u like
go out with some one special and enjoy his/her company
eat fresh fruits and vegs.. loads of fresh air..
sleep 8 hours.. or get enough sleep..
have a break.. perhaps u havent prayed for ages![]()
