go find another job.
if it is work bai..then hinay2 na pangita og laing work...or talk to your manager. talk to someone higher than you..
leave sa bai..pahuway sad, basin overwork lang ka...pero kung conflict sa workplace na imo..aw undang nalng bai, ngita og laing work
waaaaa......7 days unya 10 hours.....i should probably talking to my manager....not allowed baya na...maltreatment of employee mana....40 hours a week ang g require para mo work...unless you sign a contract na mo work ka for more than 40 hours of work..
unsa man diay nang trbaho-a tS..lupig pay security guard nang imo.. adto ka labor bai..di man na pwede..8 hours per day x 6 days ra ang ato legal bai...
mao gyud......5 days raman pud na...
well at least im just trying to be a little precise than just blabber around just to have something to say
and besides...taking a shower is a no-brainer when it comes to relieving stress even a carabao knows how to
destress using that method
and being outspoken is not OA if you have a point
I even wonder why such acronym "OA" or what it stands for fits in my level of discussion
coz it seemed a like a terminology w/o weight or just a rogue term
use to patch up concluding a dull statement
...well go figure then
Before we give you an advice, let's apply the Root Cause Analysis principle in your case.
If your job is the one that makes you stressful, how come? What is the nature of your profession, if I might ask?
The second question is, you mentioned that you cannot leave my job, right? Could you as well elaborate why you are prohibited to take such actions?
